Rates & Reservation
Rates are in euro per room per night taxes and service included.
Credit card is required for guaranting your reservation.
Payment in full is due at the Reception.
The city tax of € 5,50 per person per night is not included and will be added to room bill to be paid in cash.
Check in / Check out
On the arrival day the rooms are ready for occupancy from to 2:30 p.m. but you can arrive earlier and leave your bags in our deposit.
The day of your departure you can use the rooms until 10:30 a.m. but if you are planning to stay more hours in Florence you can leave your bags in our deposit as long as you need.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge if requested within the terms specified below and should be comunicated must be required by e-mail to
info@hotelvenetofirenze.com
Cancellations/modifications are accepted within 72 hours prior 12 am of the arrival date.
For no/show or late cancellation the 1st night amount will be charged as penalty fee.
